10-Day Return Window:
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any educational toy purchased on conceptbites.in. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions for Refunds:
To ensure your refund is approved, the returned product must meet the following strict criteria:
- Unused & Undamaged: The toy must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, clean, and without any physical damage.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging as shipped. This includes all inserts, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number from conceptbites.in must accompany the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: As per our policy, the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
- Safe Transit: To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that we can only process returns for items we successfully receive, and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at info@conceptbites.in with your Order ID and “Return Request” in the subject line.
- Once we acknowledge your request, please ship the item to: Office No: 202, SPN Mansion, Jaybheri Park Road, Above Dr. Rakesh Ortho Clinic, Near Cine Planet, Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500100.
- Include a copy of your invoice or a note with your Order ID inside the package.
Inspection and Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the toy and packaging.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@conceptbites.in. In these specific cases, Concept Bites will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full replacement or refund.
